Each different size scroll require template or jig that can be mounted on a machine which the scroll is bent around.
This scroll is made from 7/16" wire and has an extra type scroll made on a special hydraulic scroll bending machine.

Iron Scrolls can be made on a
scroll bender called a Diacro
machine which uses air or
hydraulics. You can bend scroll
up to 3/8" diameter thick
steel bars up on these machines.
You can also bend various types
of steel strip on these
